Applicants will receive the results of their selection status by May 15. Those not selected will receive a $95 credit for any RPPk Courses (valid forever)

Beginning with a meticulous application process, we aim to select 60 extraordinary individuals for our World Tour Integral Course—an experience set to redefine excellence and challenge the boundaries of conventional coaching.

These individuals will train future generations of pickleball coaches in the U.S. and across the globe, and represent our three prestigious brands as ambassadors.

From these distinguished participants, a select group of 20 will be chosen to stay an extra day to rise to the pinnacle of our program: the "Train the Coaches" Course.

The Courses

Embark on an unparalleled journey over 2 days, in a partnership with Tyson McGuffin, RPPk, and DUPR, to become an elite certified pickleball coach. Together, we’ll shape the future of pickleball coaching!

The World Tour Integral Course

$950 (-$95 application credit)

All 60 selected applicants will receive their full World Tour Certification. The World Tour Course covers all the tools and techniques you need to get started on your pickleball coaching journey — or take your current skills to the next level.

It consists of three levels: Beginner, Advanced and Management. 

Level 1: Beginner Player Coaching — For pickleball instructors and coaches who are embarking on their journey, whether full-time or part-time, with novice pickleball players. It's also ideal for educators or coaches seeking to refine their skills, as well as amateur players interested in instructional guidance to elevate their game.

Level 2: Advanced Player Coaching — For instructors and coaches venturing into working with advanced and competitive pickleball players. This course is equally beneficial for educators or coaches aiming to enhance their proficiency and for amateur players aspiring to improve their own performance through expert guidance.

Level 3: Pickleball Management —
For professionals involved in managing pickleball schools or academies within clubs or sports centers. Focused on helping you meet the unique demands of overseeing pickleball programs for professionals involved in managing pickleball schools, or academies within clubs or sports centers.

The "Train The Coaches" Course

FREE (A $2000 Value)

Become an ambassador for the sport by training future coaches. TTC-certified coaches will be licensed to teach RPPk’s training and professional certification programs to their communities.

Free for the 20 coaches selected during the World Tour Program, you'll spend an extra day to go on to be trained as the ultimate ambassador for the sport.

The Train the Coaches Course is tailored to help coaches spearhead the delivery and promotion of RPPk's training and professional certification programs within their sphere of influence.

Eligibility requires a minimum age of 25 and completion of the application process, which includes submission of a curriculum vitae for approval by the RPPk Executive Committee prior to enrollment.

Assessment Criteria

During the RPPk World Tour Integral Course, participants will undergo thorough assessment throughout the program. Upon completion, successful candidates will be awarded the esteemed National Degree from the United States Registry of Pickleball Professionals – RPPk USA, as well as the International degree from the International Registry of Pickleball Professionals – RPPk International, with distinctions as Head Professional and Director of Pickleball.

The assessment consists of two components: a Written Test and a Continuous Evaluation. The Written Test comprises 100 multiple-choice questions covering a range of topics. Additionally, Continuous Evaluation will be conducted during on-court sessions, assessing participants' gameplay, teaching methods, and ball-feeding skills. All necessary preparation materials for the test are included in the RPPk World Tour Integral Course.

To attain the prestigious RPPk PICKLEBALL DIRECTOR qualification, participants must achieve a minimum score of 60% in both the Written Test and Continuous Evaluation components.
