DELRAY BEACH, FL – August 1 — DUPR, the world’s leading pickleball rating system, today announced a strategic partnership with PIQLZ, an interactive wall platform for structured off-court skill assessment and development, owned and operated by RAQTS.
Through this collaboration, PIQLZ introduces a standardized, computer-automated assessment environment inside clubs and facilities—designed to support player onboarding, skill development, and competition while DUPR remains the official and authoritative rating system based on competitive match play.
PIQLZ was built to create interactive, consistent, and repeatable off-court environments that bring clarity and support to player development with enjoyment. Each installation follows a unified physical and digital framework, allowing players to assess skills, train with intent, and track measurable progress over time. By introducing structure beyond isolated match results, PIQLZ helps facilities integrate development into the broader player journey.
For players new to DUPR, PIQLZ provides a fast and accessible entry point into the rating ecosystem. Brand-new players can complete a structured wall assessment and receive a provisional DUPR rating in approximately five minutes, enabling them to confidently enter organized play with greater context around their current level.
“Maintaining a fair and accurate rating system is our top priority,” said Tito Machado, CEO of DUPR. “Partnering with PIQLZ allows us to explore how standardized off-court assessment environments can support player onboarding and development while upholding a unified rating framework for the sport.”
“PIQLZ was designed to bring structure and reliability to off-court experiences inside clubs,” said founder and CEO Alex Johansson at RAQTS. “By aligning with DUPR, we’re building physical infrastructure that complements competition and supports long-term player engagement across facilities.”
PIQLZ interactive walls are live across the country, including at major club networks with additional locations scheduled to launch in the coming months.
Players receive their official ratings through DUPR, while PIQLZ provides a complementary assessment and training environment that supports skill understanding, measurable progression, and sustained engagement at every level of the sport.
