There are more opportunities than ever to get involved with the College Pickleball Tour in the 2026-27 season! We’ve revamped the pathway to The Nationals to allow for more tournaments to feed into it, allowing for greater access for all players. 

If you’re interested in running a College Pickleball Tour tournament yourself, here are the key details to remember:

• You will need at least 8 teams for 4 players (32 total players) from at least 4 different schools
• You keep 100% of the registration fees and sponsorships from the event
  
  • The tournament does need to be run through Pickleball.com and should use the new JOOLA HC-40 ball, the official ball of DUPR
• You are responsible for organizing the tournament and all of the logistics
  
  • You will have help from the College Pickleball Tour with marketing and back-end questions for the tournament
• The bigger your tournament is, the more points it is worth for the competing teams. Read more about our point system here.
• The tournament format is pools of 4-5 teams, with the top teams from pool play making the single elimination playoffs
• Teams play rally scoring games to 21, Women’s, Men’s, 2 Mixed Doubles, and then the Dreambreaker if necessary
